If you are experiencing difficulties viewing NIC Webcast, please ensure your system meets the
necessary software requirements outlined at System
requirements page. Download links to the most recent
versions of the required software are provided below.
Please note that the web browser and media player are non-NIC software,
and links are given to the concerned application providers
to download.
If you are
experiencing difficulties viewing or listening to a
Webcast, make sure that you have the correct version
browser is installed and configured
properly.
- Internet Explorer: Version
6.0 or higher required, version 7.0 or higher
recommended

- Firefox: Version 1.0 or
higher required, version 2.0 or higher
recommended.
Note: Firefox versions
3.0.x and 1.5.x currently do not have plugins
for full support of Windows Media Player
features. If you choose to use one of these
versions of Firefox, you can use the RealPlayer
for viewing NIC webcasts with full
functionality.

Note: After upgrading or
installing a new version of your browser, if the
audio/video player does not load or display
properly, you may be required to reinstall your
media player. See the troubleshooting

If you are experiencing difficulties
viewing or listening to a Webcast, make sure that
you have the required correct version player properly installed.
- Flash Media Player:

- Windows Media Player: Version
9.0 or higher required, version 11.0 or higher
recommended Note: Windows Media
Player version 11.0 and higher uses a captioning
method that is not currently
support by the webcast site. If you
require captioning service for Windows Media
Player do not upgrade past version 8.x. See
the Windows Media Player troubleshooting
page for more information.

Note: Some issues exist
with recent versions of RealPlayer connecting
through a firewall or when used in combination
